Cody Robert Simpson was born on January 11, 1997 in Queensland, Australia. His parents are Angie Simpson and Brad Simpson. He started to record songs in his bedroom performing "I'm Yours", "Cry Me a River", and "Senorita", and more songs. Cody was discovered by Shawn Campbell, a Grammy-nominated producer, who produced with Jay-Z. He is currently sixteen years old.
