Leonard Albert Kravitz was born on May 26, 1964 in New York City, New York. His parents are Roxie Roker and Sy Kravitz. Lenny incorporates elements of rock, soul, R&B, funk, reggae, hard rock, psychedelic, folk, and ballads. While recording, Kravitz plays the guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and percussion by himself. He is a talented singer-songwriter. Lenny is a four-time Grammy-award singer. Kravitz is an only child. He was on "The Hunger Games" and he will appear on "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire." Lenny co-wrote and produced material with Madonna, Vanessa Paradis, and Steven Tyler. Kravitz also performed on tracks with Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, and Jay-Z.
