Mario Lopez was born on October 10, 1973 in San Diego, California. His parents are Elvia Lopez and Mario Lopez, Sr. Mario is best known for portraying A.C. Slater in the TV series, "Saved By The Bell." After Steve Jones and Khloe Kardashian Odom, Lopez is the host of the singing competition, "X Factor." Mario has also hosted the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew." In fall 2006, he took part in the third season of the U.S. version of "Dancing with the Stars." His professional partner was Karina Smirnoff, who was then his girlfriend until 2008. Lopez and Smirnoff made it to the finals, landing in second place, losing to retired football player Emmitt Smith and professional Cheryl Burke, who had won for the second time in a row. Mario was married to Ali Landry for less than a year in 2004. Lopez is currently married to Courtney Mazza. Mario is a television host and actor who is currently thirty-nine years of age.
