Peyton Manning's Life
Peyton Williams Manning was born on March 24, 1976 in New Orleans, Louisiana. His father is Archie Manning, who played the NFL during much of the 1970s. His brother is Eli Manning, who is the quarterback for the New York Giants. Peyton is the quarterback for the Denver Broncos, after spending 14 years with the Indianapolis Colts. In college, he was quarterback for the Tennessee Volunteers. He was also runner-up in the Heisman Trophy voting. The winner was Charles Woodson. In 1998, he was drafted first overall by the Colts, who had finished the 1997 season with the worst record in the NFL. In the 2006 NFL season, he led the Colts to Super Bowl XLI, against the Chicago Bears. The Colts pulled off a 29-17 victory, and Peyton Manning was named the MVP. Starting in May 2011, he had four neck surgeries. He had to miss the entire 2011 season. The Colts played with Dan Orlovsky for the whole year. He led them to a 2-14 record, the worst record in the NFL. In March 2012, he signed with the Denver Broncos. After losing three of the Broncos' first six games, Peyton led them to wins in their last 11 games, including four comebacks. Denver entered the playoffs with a 13-3 record, the best in the AFC. But in their divisional playoff match at home against the Baltimore Ravens, Denver was stunned when rookie kicker Justin Tucker kicked a 47-yard field goal in double overtime to beat the Broncos 38-35. Baltimore would go on to win the Super Bowl against the San Francisco 49ers. In 2013, Manning led the Broncos to wins in their first six games, before losing to the Indianapolis Colts in Lucas Oil Stadium, when Peyton played in his home. They would win the next three games, including one against the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs in Denver. In Week 12, they would drop a 24-0 halftime lead against the New England Patriots, as Stephen Gostkowski kicked the winning field goal to lead the Pats to a 34-31 overtime victory. The Broncos would win the next two games, including a 51-28 victory over the Tennessee Titans, where Matt Prater kicked a record-breaking 64-yard field goal just seconds before halftime. In Week 15, they would lose at home for the first time in the 2013 season, when the San Diego Chargers would visit Denver and win 27-20. The Broncos won the last two road games against the Houston Texans and the Oakland Raiders. Peyton Manning would finish the regular season with 55 touchdown passes, surpassing Tom Brady's record of 50 in 2007. Peyton would finish the season with 5,477 passing yards, beating Drew Brees record of 5,476 in 2011. The Broncos would enter the playoffs with a 13-3 record, best in the AFC, and they would get home field advantage. They won their playoff opener against the San Diego Chargers, 24-17, after Philip Rivers led the Chargers to a 27-10 wild-card victory against the Cincinnati Bengals. Denver would also win the AFC championship against the New England Patriots, 26-16, after New England won their home playoff game against the Indianapolis Colts, 43-22. The Broncos would go on to play the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII. But Seattle demolished Denver, 43-8. Malcolm Smith returned an interception 69 yards for a touchdown, Percy Harvin returned a kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown, Marshawn Lynch had a 1-yard touchdown run, and Russell Wilson threw two touchdown passes, one to Jermaine Kearse, and one to Doug Baldwin. Even though Peyton Manning lost the Super Bowl, he received praise for his very successful 2013 season. In fact, he was named the NFL MVP the night before the Super Bowl. He is currently 38 years old.

James Cook's Life
James Cook was born on November 7, 1728 in Marton, Yorkshire, England. He was an explorer, navigator, cartographer, and captain in the Royal Navy. Cook's first voyage was when he traveled the Pacific Ocean to observe and record the transit of Venus across the Sun from 1768 to 1771. James' second voyage was from 1772 to 1775. He was also promoted to the rank of commander. The Royal Society commissioned for him to search for the hypothetical Terra Australis. On his last voyage, Cook commanded HMS Resolution for the second time, while Charles Clerke commanded the HMS Discovery. His voyage was from 1776 to 1779. In 1778, Cook was the first European to visit the Hawaiian Islands. Cook was struck on the head by a chief named Kalaimanokaho'owaha or Kana'ina. He died of the wounds on February 14, 1779. He was fifty years old.

Robert Ballard's Life
Robert Duane Ballard was born on June 30, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas. He was the first person to ever find the remains of the RMS Titanic, that sank in 1912 after striking an iceberg. Ballard grew up in San Diego with a dad of British heritage and mother of German heritage. Robert had an interest in underwater exploration at a young age. That might explain all of his great expeditions that we recall today. He went to three universities. The first was the University of California in Santa Barbara, next the University of Hawaii in Manoa, and the University of South Carolina. Ballard won the Kilby International Award in 1994. Robert then won the Caird Medal in 2002. That's how great he was. Ballard is currently alive and 71 years old.
Neil Armstrong's Life
Neil Alden Armstrong was born on August 5, 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio. He was an American astronaut who was the first man to set foot on the moon. Neil was also an aerospace engineer, naval aviator, test pilot, and a university professor. He was of Scottish, Irish, and German ancestry. Armstrong had two younger siblings, June and Dean. His parents were Stephen Koenig Armstrong and Viola Louise Engel. At the age of five, Neil he experienced his first airplane flight on July 20, 1936 when he and his dad took him on a Ford Trimotor. In 1956, Armstrong married Janet Shearon. They had three children. Then Shearon divorced Neil, and he married Carol Held Knight, who he had met at a golf tournament. In Cincinnati, Ohio, on August 25, 2012, Armstrong died of complications from coronary artery bypass surgery. Buzz Aldrin said he thought that on July 20, 2019, he, Michael Collins, and Neil would commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing. Regrettably, it isn't to be. Armstrong was 82 years old.

Tobey Maguire's Life
Tobias Vincent Maguire was born on June 27, 1975 in Santa Monica, California. He is an American actor and film producer who is best known for playing Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the Spider-Man trilogy. He was then replaced by Andrew Garfield. Tobey has been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award and a Golden Globe award. Maguire has received two Saturn awards, one for Best Actor. Tobias' parents are Wendy and Vincent Maguire. Tobey has been married to Jennifer Meyer since 2007. Together, they have two children, Ruby born in 2006, and Otis born in 2009. Maguire is alive and currently 38 years old.
David Beckham's Life
David Robert Joseph Beckham was born on May 2, 1975 in Leytonstone, London, England. He is an English former footballer. He played for the Los Angeles Galaxy, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and many more. He is married to Victoria Beckham née Adams. Together, they have four children. As of 2009, Victoria and David's joint wealth was estimated at £125 million. David has an academy named after him called David Beckham Academy, a football school. He has at least 20 tattoos adorning his body. In 2008, Beckham and his bodyguard were sued by a paparazzi photographer. Although, he is a great soccer player. David is alive and currently 38 years of age.
Donald Driver's Life
Donald Jerome Driver was born on February 2, 1975 in Houston, Texas. His parents are Martin Driver, Jr. and Faye Gray. They divorced when Donald was a little boy. Driver is known for playing wide receiver for 14 football seasons, playing for the Green Bay Packers all those years. Donald was a contestant on the fourteenth season of the US version of "Dancing with the Stars." His partner was Peta Murgatroyd, who had got last place in the thirteenth season. Driver was announced the winner of the season, taking home the Mirrorball trophy. He got his record touchdown amount in the 2002 and 2004 NFL season, with his record of nine touchdowns. On June 15, 2013, he received a street and a statue dedicated in his honor. Donald is alive and currently 38 years old.
Bradley Cooper's Life
Bradley Charles Cooper was born on January 5, 1975 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2011, People magazine called him "Sexiest Man Alive." Bradley is a friend of Dave Bugliari. Cooper goes to the same gym in Los Angeles as Ryan Gosling, Jason Sarayba, Jodie Foster, Michelle Monaghan, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Ashley Tisdale. Bradley also has an older sister. He considers Daniel Day-Lewis the world's greatest actor. Cooper was married to Jennifer Esposito from December 21, 2006 to November 10, 2007, less than a year. Bradley is best known for the TV show, "Alias", from 2001 to 2006. Bradley is alive and currently 38 years old.

Ryan Seacrest's Life
Ryan John Seacrest was born on December 24, 1974 in Dunwoody, Georgia. He is a radio personality, television host, and producer. Ryan co-hosted "American Idol" for the first season and then became the host of the singing competition in the second season. He now hosts the NBC game show, "The Million Second Quiz." Seacrest won an Emmy for producing "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" on ABC. In 2010, Ryan began dating Julianne Hough, Derek Hough's younger sister. In March of 2013, he announced that he and Hough were separating. After Dick Clark died, Seacrest hosted the 2013 edition of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve co-hosted by Fergie and Jenny McCarthy. Ryan is alive and currently thirty-eight years old.

Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio was born on November 11, 1974 in Los Angeles, California. He is an American actor and film producer. His parents are Irmelin DiCaprio from Germany (nee Indenbirken) and George DiCaprio, who is a comic book writer. Leonardo is a big-time actor who is knwon for his roles in "The Basketball Diaries", "Romeo Plus Juliet", and especially "Titanic." DiCaprio is friends with Tobey Maguire, Lukas Haas, and Kevin Connolly. Leonardo is currently dating German model Toni Garrn. In 2005, he was seriously injured by Aretha Wilson, a model, who smashed his head with a broken bottle. Cee Lo Green's Life
Thomas DeCarlo Callaway was born on May 30, 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is better known as Cee Lo Green. Callaway is a singer-songwriter, rapper, actor, and record producer. He sung with Gnarls Barkley the 2006 hit, "Crazy." Cee Lo was an original member of "Goodie Mob" along with Big Gipp, T-Mo, and Khujo. Green is the youngest member. Their 1994 album was entitled Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik. The title has a total of thirty-one letters. On the NBC singing competition, "The Voice", hosted by Carson Daly, Cee Lo was a judge with Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Christina Aguilera. After the first three seasons, Cee Lo and Christina left the show. Thomas is alive and currently thirty-nine years old.
Christian Bale's Life
Christian Charles Philip Bale was born on January 30, 1974 in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. He is an English actor. Bale is widely known for playing Bruce Wayne/Batman in "Batman Begins", "The Dark Knight", and "The Dark Night Rises." He will no longer play Batman, for he has been replaced by Ben Affleck. Dwayne Douglas Johnson was born on May 2, 1972 in Hayward, California. In the ring, Dwayne is known as Flex Kavana, Rocky Maivia, and most significantly, The Rock. Johnson is an actor and semi-retired wrestler who works for the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
