Jack Black's Life

Thomas Jacob Black was born on August 28, 1969 in Santa Monica, California. His parents are Judith Black (nee Cohen) and Thomas William Black. Jack is widely known for voicing Po in the "Kung Fu Panda" movies and the "Kung Fu Panda" television show. With Kyle Gass, Black formed the comedic rock group, "Tenacious D", in 1994. Jack has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards. On March 14, 2006, he married Tanya Haden, one of the daughters of Charlie Haden. Black starred in the 2006 film, "Nacho Libre." Jack is alive, well, and currently 43 years old.
