Kevin James' Life

Kevin George Knipfing was born on April 26, 1965 in Mineola, New York. His parents are Janet and Joseph Valentine Knipfing, Jr. Kevin's two siblings are Gary Knipfing (Gary Valentine) and Leslie Knipfing. James is of German ancestry. He graduated from Melville High School in 1983 where he was on the football team and the wrestling team. One of his wrestling teammates was Mick Foley. Kevin graduated from the State University of New York in Cortland. He played the lead roles in movies such as "Zookeeper" and "Paul Blart: Mall Cop." James is widely known for having played Doug Heffernan in the CBS sitcom, "The King of Queens" until its finale in 2007. James is alive and currently 48 years old.
