Tony Hawk's Life

Anthony Frank Hawk was born on May 12, 1968 in Carlsbad, California. His parents are Nancy Hawk and Frank Peter Rupert Hawk. Born in Carlsbad, Tony was raised in San Diego. When Hawk was a young boy, he was described as hyperactive. As of early 2012, he is sponsored by Birdhouse, Independent, Quiksilver, Bones, and Nixon. In 1999, Tony was the first person to land the "900", a skateboarding trick. In June 2009, Hawk was invited to President Barack Obama's Father's Day celebration. He became a pro in 1982 when he was only fourteen years of age. Tony retired seventeen years later. His current height is six feet and three inches. Hawk is alive and currently forty-five years old.
