LL Cool J's Life

James Todd Smith was born on January 14, 1968 in Bay Shore, New York. He is an entrepreneur, rapper, and actor. James is better known as LL Cool J, (By the way, it is short for Ladies Love Cool James). His associated acts include Dr. Dre, Ne-Yo, and Timbaland. LL Cool J is known for romantic ballads such as "I Need Love", "Around the Way Girl", and "Hey Lover." In 2013, Smith announced that because of his popular demand, he is running for mayor of Detroit. On August 22, 2012, James stopped an intruder who had planned to burglarize his house, but he was punched in the nose by LL Cool J. Smith is alive and currently forty-five years old.
