James Cook's Life

James Cook was born on November 7, 1728 in Marton, Yorkshire, England. He was an explorer, navigator, cartographer, and captain in the Royal Navy. Cook's first voyage was when he traveled the Pacific Ocean to observe and record the transit of Venus across the Sun from 1768 to 1771. James' second voyage was from 1772 to 1775. He was also promoted to the rank of commander. The Royal Society commissioned for him to search for the hypothetical Terra Australis. On his last voyage, Cook commanded HMS Resolution for the second time, while Charles Clerke commanded the HMS Discovery. His voyage was from 1776 to 1779. In 1778, Cook was the first European to visit the Hawaiian Islands. Cook was struck on the head by a chief named Kalaimanokaho'owaha or Kana'ina. He died of the wounds on February 14, 1779. He was fifty years old.

Robert Ballard's Life

Robert Duane Ballard was born on June 30, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas. He was the first person to ever find the remains of the RMS Titanic, that sank in 1912 after striking an iceberg. Ballard grew up in San Diego with a dad of British heritage and mother of German heritage. Robert had an interest in underwater exploration at a young age. That might explain all of his great expeditions that we recall today. He went to three universities. The first was the University of California in Santa Barbara, next the University of Hawaii in Manoa, and the University of South Carolina. Ballard won the Kilby International Award in 1994. Robert then won the Caird Medal in 2002. That's how great he was. Ballard is currently alive and 71 years old.

Neil Armstrong's Life

Neil Alden Armstrong was born on August 5, 1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio. He was an American astronaut who was the first man to set foot on the moon. Neil was also an aerospace engineer, naval aviator, test pilot, and a university professor. He was of Scottish, Irish, and German ancestry. Armstrong had two younger siblings, June and Dean. His parents were Stephen Koenig Armstrong and Viola Louise Engel. At the age of five, Neil he experienced his first airplane flight on July 20, 1936 when he and his dad took him on a Ford Trimotor. In 1956, Armstrong married Janet Shearon. They had three children. Then Shearon divorced Neil, and he married Carol Held Knight, who he had met at a golf tournament. In Cincinnati, Ohio, on August 25, 2012, Armstrong died of complications from coronary artery bypass surgery. Buzz Aldrin said he thought that on July 20, 2019, he, Michael Collins, and Neil would commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing. Regrettably, it isn't to be. Armstrong was 82 years old.

Tobey Maguire's Life

Tobias Vincent Maguire was born on June 27, 1975 in Santa Monica, California. He is an American actor and film producer who is best known for playing Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the Spider-Man trilogy. He was then replaced by Andrew Garfield. Tobey has been nominated for a Screen Actors Guild award and a Golden Globe award. Maguire has received two Saturn awards, one for Best Actor. Tobias' parents are Wendy and Vincent Maguire. Tobey has been married to Jennifer Meyer since 2007. Together, they have two children, Ruby born in 2006, and Otis born in 2009. Maguire is alive and currently 38 years old.

David Beckham's Life

David Robert Joseph Beckham was born on May 2, 1975 in Leytonstone, London, England. He is an English former footballer. He played for the Los Angeles Galaxy, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and many more. He is married to Victoria Beckham née Adams. Together, they have four children. As of 2009, Victoria and David's joint wealth was estimated at £125 million. David has an academy named after him called David Beckham Academy, a football school. He has at least 20 tattoos adorning his body. In 2008, Beckham and his bodyguard were sued by a paparazzi photographer. Although, he is a great soccer player. Donald Driver's Life

Donald Jerome Driver was born on February 2, 1975 in Houston, Texas. His parents are Martin Driver, Jr. and Faye Gray. They divorced when Donald was a little boy. Driver is known for playing wide receiver for 14 football seasons, playing for the Green Bay Packers all those years. Donald was a contestant on the fourteenth season of the US version of "Dancing with the Stars." His partner was Peta Murgatroyd, who had got last place in the thirteenth season. Driver was announced the winner of the season, taking home the Mirrorball trophy. He got his record touchdown amount in the 2002 and 2004 NFL season, with his record of nine touchdowns. On June 15, 2013, he received a street and a statue dedicated in his honor. Donald is alive and currently 38 years old.

Bradley Charles Cooper was born on January 5, 1975 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  In 2011, People magazine called him "Sexiest Man Alive." Bradley is a friend of Dave Bugliari. Cooper goes to the same gym in Los Angeles as Ryan Gosling, Jason Sarayba, Jodie Foster, Michelle Monaghan, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, and Ashley Tisdale. Bradley also has an older sister. Thomas DeCarlo Callaway was born on May 30, 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is better known as Cee Lo Green. Callaway is a singer-songwriter, rapper, actor, and record producer. He sung with Gnarls Barkley the 2006 hit, "Crazy." Cee Lo was an original member of "Goodie Mob" along with Big Gipp, T-Mo, and Khujo. Green is the youngest member. Christian Charles Philip Bale was born on January 30, 1974 in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Wales. He is an English actor. Christopher Keith Irvine was born on November 9, 1970 in Manhasset, New York. He is an actor, director, and professional wrestler. Matthew David McConaughey was born on November 4, 1969 in Uvalde, Texas. His parents are Mary Kay McConaughey (nee McCabe) and James Donald McConaughey, who once played for the National Football League (NFL) team, the Green Bay Packers. Matthew began his acting career in 1991, appearing in commercials. In 2012, he married Camila Alves. They have three children. In 1990, McConaughey was arrested. He was at his home in Austin, Texas playing the bongos in the early morning. A neighbor complained and when the police went, they found cannabis. Hughley was chosen to be on the sixteenth season of "Dancing With the Stars." His professional dance partner was Cheryl Burke. On the fifth week of the competition, the couples that were in the bottom two were D.L. Hughley and Cheryl Burke, along with Victor Ortiz and Lindsay Arnold. Unfortunately, Victor and Lindsay survived, and D.L. and Cheryl were eliminated. He is alive and currently 50 years old.

Ross Lynch's Life

Ross Shor Lynch was born in Littleton, Colorado on December 29, 1995. He is an untrained actor and musician. He was homeschooled from the fourth grade on. He has a gift for playing the guitar and replicating a chord progression after hearing a song. He grew up mimicking the songs from the film "Grease" (1976) and the songs by 'N Sync with his siblings. He is one of five children. He has three brothers and one sister, Riker, Ryland, Rocky, and Rydel. They al play together in a band called R5. His breakthrough role came when he became the lead role in "Austin and Ally" playing "Austin Monica Moon". He is alive and 17 years old.

Carlon Jeffery's Life

Carlon Jeffery was born in Houston, Texas on July 10, 1993. He grew up in Cincinnati, performing in numerous community venues. He's been performing since he was 8 years old. He and his family moved to Los Angeles in 2005 so he could pursue a career in acting and music. He is a rapper under the stage name, "Lil-c Note". He co-stars in the Disney Channel original series, "A.N.T. Farm" playing "Cameron O. Parks".

Davis Cleveland's Life

Davis Cleveland was born in Houston, Texas on February 5, 2002. He began his career by doing commercial work in Texas. After moving to Los Angeles, he began appearing in national commercials for big name companies. Davis Cleveland has guest-starred in many shows, and co-stars as "Flynn Jones" in "Shake it Up". Quentin Tarantino's Life

Quentin Jerome Tarantino was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on March 27, 1963. In January of 1992, "Reservoir Dogs" appeared at the Sundance Film Festival, by first-time writer-director Quentin Tarantino. The film garnered critical acclaim and Tarantino became a legend immediately. 2 years later he followed up Dogs success with "Pulp Fiction" which premiered at the Cannes film festival, winning the coveted Palme D'Or Award. At the 1995 Academy Awards, it was nominated for the best picture, best director, and best original screenplay. Quentin and writing partner Roger Avary came away with the award only for best original screenplay. In 1995, Tarantino directed 1/4 of the anthology "Four Rooms" with friends and fellow auteurs, Alexandre Rockwell, Robert Rodgriguez, and Allison Anders. The film opened on December 25th in the United States to very weak reviews. Quentin's next film was "From Dusk Till Dawn", a vampire/crime story which he wrote and co-starred with George Clooney. The film did fairly well theatrically. He is living and currently 49 years and 361 days old.

Jerry Trainor's Life

Gerald William Trainor was born in San Diego, California on January 21, 1977. He is an American TV and movie actor. Jerry graduated from the University of San Diego High School, which is now known as Cathedral Catholic High School, and Jerry's mother teaches both pre-calculus and calculus there. It has been said that Jerry used to be Drake Bell's assistant. Trainor is best known as "Spencer Shay" in "iCarly", "Crazy Steve" in "Drake and Josh", and on February 16, 2013, Jerry Trainor and Buddy Handleson starred together in the first episode of "Wendell and Vinnie", Trainor playing "Vinnie Bassett". He is alive and currently 36 years old.

Vincent Martella's Life

Vincent Michael Martella was born in Rochester, New York on October 15, 1992. He was raised in Florida and started dancing at the age of three years old, and delivered his first live performance in The Nutcracker. Not long after, Vincent was performing in school plays, appearing in local commercial spots as well as attending acting, piano, and vocal training. By the tender age of seven, Martella was one of the hottest kids in the Central Florida market, working both print and national commercials. It soon became clear that Vincent was ready for a bigger market: Los Angeles. During his first trip in Los Angeles, he landed a guest spot on Fox's Cracking Up and a recurring role on Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified, where he developed his own character for the role of "Scoop". The following summer Vincent nabbed his first film role working opposite Rob Schneider in "Deuce Bigelow: European Gigolo". Since then, Vincent has guest starred on the Fox comedy "Stacked", starring Pamela Anderson, and lent his voice to the feature film "Bad News Bears". Vincent stayed busy while on hiatus from "Everybody Hates Chris" and in fact, he shot the Universal film "Role Models" (November 14th) opposite Sean William Scott and Paul Rudd and also the film "Baitshop" where he co-stars opposite of Billy Ray Cyrus and Bill Engvall as one of the lead characters "Scott". He plays the lead role in "Phineas and Ferb" as "Phineas Flynn". He is alive and currently 20 years old.

Jason Segel's Life

Jason Jordan Segel was born in Los Angeles, California on January 18, 1980. He was raised in California by his mother, Jillian Segel, and his father, Alvin Segel, a lawyer. Jason was educated at St. Matthew's Parish School in Pacific Palisades, before moving on to Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles. During his education, he showed an interest in acting and often performed in plays at the Palisades Playhouse. His major break came in 1999, when he was cast as Nick Andopolis in Judd Apatow's well regarded series, "Freaks and Geeks". Further TV and film roles followed, notably in the series, "How I Met Your Mother", and the series, "Knocked Up". His film breakthrough, however, came in 2008's hit, "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" which he wrote and starred in. Segel also went on to co-write and star in "The Muppets". Jason is also a musician and songwriter, with his songs appearing in many projects including "Freaks and Geeks", "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", "I Love You, Man", "How I Met Your Mother", and "Get Him to the Greek". He is alive and currently 33 years old.

Jason Dolley's Life

Jason Scott Dolley was born in Los Angeles, California on July 5, 1991. When he turned eleven years old, he landed the lead role in the short film "Chasing Daylight" playing a boy who is having to cope with the loss of his best friend. That exact same year, he was picked up by Mel Gibson who was going to direct a show called "Complete Savages" where he starred as the youngest of the 5 Savage brother, T.J. In 2006, Jason starred in the direct to video release movie, "Saving Shiloh," Disney Channel's original movie, "Read It and Weep," and not that big of a role in "The Air I Breathe" as Young Pleasure. In 2007 you could catch up with Jason as he stars in Disney Channel's original series, "Cory in the House", a spin-off series from Disney Channel's original series, "That's So Raven" as Newton "Newt" Livingston. He currents co-stars in the Disney Channel's original series, "Good Luck Charlie", as "P.J. Duncan." He is alive and well and currently 21 years old.
